​Equinox Women's Wellness Retreat is an experience designed by women brought together by a desire to create more open conversations around perimenopause and menopause.

For one special weekend, we're taking over Oceanstone Resort and creating a calm, private space by the sea just for our exclusive retreat. Every corner of the property is part of the experience, from quiet coastal views to shared gathering spaces designed for connection, rest, and renewal.

 

Only 30 women will participate in this retreat, allowing you to step away from daily life and fully immerse yourself in an intimate, supportive, and welcoming environment created with intention for this season of your life.
