Serena is a Board Certified Sexologist, a renowned Intimacy and Relationship Coach, TEDx speaker, host of the Intimacy Unlocked podcast, and co-host of Unmuted: the midlife round table podcast, as well as a radio personality.
With almost a decade of experience in her private practice, through workshops, speaking appearances, TV and radio and more, she’s helped individuals and couples move beyond shame to embrace pleasure, connection, and authentic intimacy.
Trained in psychology, somatic sex education, and clinical sexology, as well as being a former Paramedic, Serena believes our sexual energy is life energy - meant to be expressed, not suppressed.
